Welcome to Grilling For All Reasons! As the title implies, we’re set to explore anything and everything relative to great, grilled cuisine – wood-fired, charcoal, gas, indoor, outdoor — anywhere, any season, and most importantly . . . this isn’t just about grilled/smoked meats. Great grilling should include all types of food – appetizers, vegetables, fruits, desserts, baked goods, casseroles, pizzas, and of course – all types of meats, game, fowl, and seafood.

I am ecstatic that you are adding in the baking faction. So many people just don’t get that you can use the grill as an oven. I have gotten through to some people, but I am glad to know that I am not the only one. Keep grilling & cooking outdoors.
Will be starting to add some baking how-to’s and recipes very shortly. Pizza is at the top of my list, but not the last — artisanal breads and rolls, baked desserts, etc.
